ABOUT

Rise above the seething street crowds of Bondi & taste the tranquility of Li Zai. Since 2004 we’ve been situated quietly upstairs at 80 Campbell Pde. Our massive outdoor deck has one of Bondi’s best views, offering spectacular food, wine & cocktails – but without the price tag (or attitude) of other celebrated eateries. “Li Zai” means “Come in, sit down & be our guest”, & our food is a night street market of mixed Asian delicacies.

On weekends through summer we offer Bondi’s only Yum Cha – so fresh & delicious it’s known locally as “Yum Yum” Cha. (we don’t do those dodgy trolleys that get taken round the back & re-heated – all our food is cooked fresh to order)

A cold beer or a crisp wine on the balcony goes beautifully with a feast overlooking the beach. Indulge yourself with a cocktail from our exotic & original menu – by the glass, or jug. Nights at Li Zai brings the Tapas Night Market Menu – a smooth mix of Asia’s finest food cultures.

Sharing is not compulsory, but is highly recommended! We welcome all sorts of parties, from tables of friends, birthdays, engagements, weddings (straight or gay!) – whatever you desire.

Depending on the size of your group, you can have a private function room, the entire outdoor deck, or even the whole restaurant.

If your group is 10 people or more, we will open especially for you during the day for lunch Mon- Fri.
